In June 2022, Information Technology Services (ITS) sent an email to UTIA-ALL to notify faculty and staff that there has been a change to Adobe Creative Cloud (ACC) licensing. Starting in fiscal year 2023, the Institute will license Adobe Creative Cloud by user (NetID). Each user license will cost $99 for the fiscal year and is licensed for 2 devices per user. Users do not need an Adobe Creative Cloud license if you only want to open and read PDFs. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC will do this. If you currently have an active ACC license (meaning you have logged into Adobe.com within fiscal year 2022), your account will not stop working on July 1. Active accounts have a grace period of 2 months.
