Over the summer, our audience response vendor (clicker) PointSolutions made several major changes that we want to make you aware of.
Update Your Software
The TurningPoint app is now called PointSolutions.
- PointSolutions desktop app: You may receive a prompt to download the new software when you log onto your TurningPoint software. Please only download the PointSolutions app for your device; you do not need to download TurningPoint web or RemotePoll.
- PointSolutions mobile app: PointSolutions has replaced the TurningPoint app in the Apple and Google app stores. If the TurningPoint mobile app is installed on your phone or mobile device with automatic app updates enabled, your app will be updated to the new software.
Create an Account
If you are new to PointSolutions, you must create an account before using it in your classes. PointSolutions updated the account creation process last week; follow the new instructions below to get started.
