MyUTIA Portal Information Sessions

As announced in the April issue of Common Ground, Information Technology Services (ITS) and technology professionals from across the Institute are working together to standardize IT processes and reduce data duplication. This team has proposed a MyUTIA Portal to centralize commonly used web resource links, manage features of UTIA’s new WordPress environment such as personnel profiles and specialty groups. This portal can also be used to unify data from across the Institute.

Our team would like to invite you to an information session to tell you more about this project. We would also like to collect your thoughts about Phase 1 and other portal items that would be important to you.

Session times

Wednesday May 19 at 11:00 ET – faculty focus
Wednesday May 19 at 2:00 PM ET -staff focus
Thursday May 20 at 11:00 AM ET – staff focus
Tuesday May 25 at 11:00 AM ET – faculty focus
